Milestones
Through rapid growth, we integrate refined craftsmanship into every tiny detail of daily life.
2026-High-Precision Forged Pistons Mass-Produced
We recruited elite piston manufacturing specialists from MAHLE and introduced multiple 4-axis & 5-axis CNC machines. We have achieved mass production of high-precision pistons and will deliver perfectly matched cylinder-piston kits to customers.
2025-Attend global shows, connect with the world
MOTOJOY took part in international exhibitions, engaging in in-depth technical and product exchanges with technicians, marketers from renowned industry brands and motorcycle OEMs, earning wide acclaim for its superior product precision and surface treatment technologies. The brand has established long-term partnerships with numerous enterprises across Europe and North America. We align customers’ practical demands with our R&D team to develop market-adapted, user-friendly power components for European and North American markets.
2024-Founded Motojoy Brand
Focused on R&D & supply of high-performance aftermarket parts for motorcycles, motocross bikes and ATVs, covering nikasil cylinders, forged pistons, crankshaft connecting rods and other engine components. Rooted in high-performance machinery, MOTOJOY embodies the spirit of power, courage and exploration as riders’ ultimate power partner, empowering adventurers to break limits. We strive to be a global top brand for power sports components.
2022-Delved Into Powersport Engine R&D
Comprehensively expanded R&D into multiple fields of piston engines, striving to become a professional provider of power solutions for power sports and special equipment. Noticing the booming development of the low-altitude economy and marine entertainment economy, we vigorously launched R&D of products such as drone engines, powered paragliders, motorboat engines and powered surfboard engines.
2018-Expanded Product Line
Through in-depth R&D of ceramic components for off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, we gradually expanded its product portfolio to include cylinder kits and connecting rod upgrade parts for engine brands such as Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris and Bombardier. Its products quickly gained a good reputation among customers in China, Southeast Asia, North America and Europe.
2014-Achieved Mass Production of Nikasil Cylinders
we achieved large-scale mass production of ceramic-coated cylinders, which were applied to models such as the CF Moto 650NK and Qianjiang Huanglong 600. This technology extended the engine service life from 30,000 km to 150,000 km, laying the foundation for Chinese core components to enter the supply chains of international brands.
2008- Introduced Nikasil Plating Technology
we Introduced Nikasil plating technology and isothermal forging technology. The R&D team promoted the development of Nikasil coating technology, refined through professional training by Italian engineers. Using ultrasonic vibration dispersion technology, the coating thickness was increased from 20μm to 35μm, improving wear resistance by 50%.
2000-Developed Tertiary Gradient Anodizing Tech
we Focused on developing tertiary gradient anodizing technology tailored to the high-temperature and high-humidity conditions in Southeast Asia. This process extended the cylinder service life from 15,000 km to 50,000 km, successfully matching mainstream models such as the Honda Wave 110 and Yamaha YZF-R15. With an annual production capacity exceeding 500,000 units, the company captured a 40% share of Vietnam’s mid-to-high-end market, reversing the "low-cost, low-quality" stereotype of Chinese components.
1997-Stepped Cylinder Bore Design
The founder team developed a stepped cylinder bore design. By optimizing the piston ring contact area, the engine compression ratio was increased from 8.5:1 to 9.5:1, boosting power output by 12%. This technology was applied to Lifan and Zongshen’s export models, enabling direct competition with Honda and Yamaha in the Vietnamese market and transforming Chinese motorcycles from "low-end substitutes" to performance-benchmarked products.
1995-Chongqing's First Aluminum Cylinder R&D
Participated in the R&D and production of Chongqing’s first aluminum alloy cylinders. Adopting low-pressure casting technology, it overcame the limitations of traditional cast iron cylinders, achieving a 44% weight reduction and 40% improvement in heat dissipation efficiency, which was successfully applied to 125cc engines. This innovation was later adopted by Jialing, Lifan and other companies, helping Chinese motorcycles break the Japanese brand monopoly in the Southeast Asian market.
